Saturday 7/24/2010On Saturday Rockland GAA hosted the annual Dennis McHugh memorial competition for U8's. This was the first official competition on the new field and was a fantastic blitz exceptionally well run and organised by the Rockland club with nearly 200 players getting loads of games on 6 pitches. The standard of football was a real tribute to the hard work put in by coaches and parents throughout the year and we hope to see everyone playing again at the CYC next weekend .
